Instead of redacted, can we call this "profiling_manager" to better reflect the intended audience?

This module contains simplified versions of queries except they work in traces that pass through the trace_redactor given those traces only contain information about a single process and do not currently contain information from other processes such as system_server which is required for many existing queries from other modules.
