Finish the translation of docs/adding_new_os_support.md, which has been proofread by HCTT translation team.

Hi, long time no see. The HCTT translation team has accumulated some proofread translations, and we will gradually push them to upstream. :)

• What's new: In order to facilitate automated tracking of the commit relationship between the corresponding translation and the latest original document, we will add a "Update to commit HASH (" TITLE ")" paragraph to unify our commit message.
• WIP: A tools/check_translation_update.py|.sh would automatically extract the corresponding commits of the translated docs and compare them with the latest original ones.

The automatic tracking of commit hashes sounds like a great idea!
