- dashboard/app: fix rendering of dup bugs caption
- dashboard/app: make bug lists collapsible
After addition of collapsible sections on the bug page, we show 2 captions for the duplicate bugs table. One for the collapsible span "Duplicate bugs (2)", and another inside for the table "duplicates (2):". Remove the inner duplicate caption.
The bug lists on the main page are extremely long, it's very hard to navigate between them. Make bug lists collapsible.

For me yes: sometimes I work with a single group only, and if it's not the first one, it's even hard to find it; but when you find it, it's easy to scroll away to another one, and you never know what section you are looking at (if you don't see the caption). What's your concerns for how it may make UX worse? |

The alternative I can think about is to show the moderation first + make the header sticking to the top. You'll always know the current table + columns meaning. But I don't know how hard is it. My concern is that this change adds one more font size + color... |

Given that we don't have dedicated bug search, I used to find it quite convenient to open the main page and do Ctrl+F there. Maybe we could add some small header with links to the individual sections?
