Ignore updates to
jhump/protoreflect. This is only used ininternal/gencli. We don't need anything in the next version (last for this major version) and it also introduces a deprecation notice that breaks our CI where those packages are used. Rather than ignore deprecation warnings in our lint CI, let's just not update this dep anymore.
