Polishing and cleaning up parametric sources for lowercase letters - #211

Along with the edits for /p/q/r/t/u/w/x/y/z I ran: - p.cleanupSources(parametric=True, tuning=True) - p.normalizeSources(parametric=True, tuning=True) via controller.py that deleted all background layers which meant +65k file changes.
In this commit, only the normalization function was run. The cleanup will be added in the next commit.
