Preserve five completed replay artifacts with full stage timing and checksums. Separate descriptive historical evidence from controlled claims, record missing provenance, and leave the full-tip G14 gate explicitly unclaimed.

Summary
Reviewers can now inspect five completed end-to-end replay artifacts inside the repository instead of relying on a local benchmark directory. The report keeps measured replay data separate from historical live-network notes and states the missing provenance that prevents controlled or G14 claims.
This publication is provisional. A clean paired 0–957,600 full-tip campaign remains separate follow-up work.
