OJ-1539: Replace audit logic with cri-audit and use cri-types #729

Proposed changes

Bump aws-sdk versions to 3.934.0 (minimum accepted by cri-audit, and best to align all).
Remove audit and relating types code, replace with cri-audit and cri-types

Replace existing code with cri-audit and cri-types packages.
