#DCMAW-17194: Handling Network Connection Errors | Investigate dynamic states for the loading page (incl. screen reader considerations)

• Create items in test wrapper for Error and Loading screen
• Allow full screen to be shown (hiding tab row)
• Add item showing basic dynamic text changes can be announced by a screen reader
