We are pleased to announce v1.0.0 of the renal-AKI-paracetamol repository, marking the first public release of our complete manuscript workflow and supporting materials. This version includes the fully formatted manuscript (PARIST_manuscript.docx), all supplemental figures and tables, and a comprehensive analysis pipeline for restricted mean survival time (RMST) using both the survRM2 and ggplot2 packages in R. The repository also contains cleaned and annotated datasets, data-wrangling scripts, and the complete set of code used to generate all primary and secondary outcome plots—ensuring full reproducibility. Documentation has been provided in the form of a detailed README outlining project structure and usage instructions, a CONTRIBUTING guide for future collaborators, and a standardized CITATION.cff for easy referencing. Additionally, licensing (MIT) and data-availability statements complete the package. We invite feedback, issue reports, and pull requests to help refine and extend this work.
