improve preview and metadata for community themes

Description

• fetches more recent (and running) themes from the hub. it was limited due to the 200 max limit but that included spaces that weren't running so we weren't getting many in the response (including my fun new themes)

• the little preview cards weren't close enough to the real theme so this improves that by getting more metadata from the theme file
