Add Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (resolute) base image variants#402

Adds jdkXX-resolute and jdkXX-resolute-graal Dockerfiles for JDK 17, 21, 25, and 26 (graal: 17/21/25), bumps the jdk-lts-and-current combo images to resolute, and updates CI, README, generate-stackbrew-library, and update.py to cover the new directories. eclipse-temurin:26-jdk-resolute is not yet published, so jdk26-resolute and the combo images will fail CI until it lands.
jdk26-noble, jdk26-alpine, jdk26-corretto, and jdk26-ubi10 existed in the worktree but were never built or tested by CI.
