What this PR does / why we need it
During the migration of a few charts from grafana/helm-charts to grafana-community/helm charts, we deprecated a few charts by posting a deprecation notice banner. Now that the migration is complete we need to revert these changes. I also updated helm-docs based on the latest versions.
