Port ContentCaptureMode from Go SDK to Python. Three modes control how much content is exported: FULL, NO_TOOL_CONTENT (default), and METADATA_ONLY. Supports config-level defaults, per-recording overrides, resolver callbacks, and ContextVar propagation to child tool executions.
