This adds a first pass at numeric stability handling in the compiler as described in #1029, behind a new opt-in flag, -nsa.
The main goal was to make progress on instability cases without changing default behavior for existing users. This does not claim to solve full numerical analysis for all DSP structures yet. Here is still remaining for doing like no automatic state-space rewrite yet , no full pole/zero conditioning analysis yet.
It looks like the CI workflows are currently awaiting a maintainer's approval to run. Could you please trigger them when you have a moment so we can ensure the checks pass?
I am also happy to answer any questions about the initial -nsa implementation whenever you have time to review. Thanks!
