Description

I had some difficulty discovering from the docs that I could apply smart tags to attributes on custom postgres types, in addition to table columns. As discussed on discord, I've made a few small additions to the documentation in the areas I had looked to try and make that functionality a bit more obvious.

I am currently using v4, and so put the documentation there. If the changes would also apply to v5 I'd be happy to also make the changes in those docs.
