Updating to new energy-dependency-inspector with OS version and kernel version of container

Upgrades energy-dependency-inspector from 0.2.1 to 0.3.0 and adds display of container OS and kernel version information in the frontend stats page.

• Bumps energy-dependency-inspector dependency to 0.3.0 in requirements.txt
• Adds OS and Kernel Version fields to the container details panel in frontend/js/stats.js, following the same optional chaining and escapeString pattern used by the existing Image and Hash fields
• Includes a helpful tooltip on the Kernel Version field explaining Linux vs macOS behavior
• For older runs where os/kernel_version don't exist in the stored data, the fields will display "undefined" — consistent with how image and hash already behave when data is missing
