Modernize agent rules to
.mdcformat and centralize documentation to optimize AI assistance and reinforce consistent development patterns.The previous rule system used static
.mdfiles which lacked contextual application and made it harder for the AI to provide focused guidance. By converting to.mdcand creating modular, context-aware rules, the AI can now auto-apply relevant instructions based on the file being worked on (e.g., Solidity, React, test files), leading to more efficient and accurate code generation and review. Documentation has also been consolidated into a/docsdirectory for easier navigation and a single source of truth.
