This adds a new "tag color" field to locations, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, categories, and departments.
If you opt not to add them, the behavior doesn't change.
In the drop-downs, if an image is present, that will override the tag color. If neither is present, the behavior remains the same as it always did.
The new presenter methods check to make sure the user can view the thing in question before attempting to present a link. For example, the user below has the ability to view locations, categories and companies, but not departments.
