Rebase onto origin/main after #754 (7ec46ac). Host-lane PA on the peeled pair: NurbsKnotSpans and ArcArcQuartic leave after moving their atan/atan2 instances into already-excepted siblings (NurbsConicExact, ArcSpanAtan2). Exceptions 112 → 110.
