Problem:

Difficult to resize stamp signatures circles (initial and latest).
Wrong color palette position (under stamp circles in case of their large amount).

Solution:

As an initial approximation to the correct solution was increased the size of the resizing-point.
As an initial approximation to the correct solution was removed absolute positioning for one of the stamp signature markup element.
