Motivation: An extension was accidentally using API with package access level from grpc-swift; this shouldn't compile and yet for some reason on Swift 6.0, it did (but not on nightly toolchains). Modifications: - Change `name` to `nameIfSupported` and check against known supported values. Result: Not using package API from a different package
