Add Ubuntu dependency guide. Main difference between Debian and Ubuntu is lack of `libsdl2-mixer-2.0-0` package out-of-the-box, and updated `libcsfml-audio2.4` package (version 2.3 does not exist in repositories of Ubuntu Bionic and up).

Awesome, thanks! My bad for not making it clear enough that libsdl-mixer is deprecated on platforms that have a working csfml implementation. For now just remove the entry so it doesn't end up with users installing more software than they need, or possibly compiling for the wrong library without noticing it, as it really degrades the gameplay. I'll clean things up a bit more and make things clearer when I finish the 0.2.0 release.
