In addition to loading a web GTM container from Server-Side GTM these changes will make it possible to load the GTAG from the Server-Side container as well. This is done by replacing the domain and filename used in the loaded web GTM to fetch the GTAG needed for GA4.
These changes also make it possible to load /debug/bootstrap, /debug/shield and /ns.html through the GTM loader.
