What does this change?
Right now, when you hit the login.gutools logout endpoint, you'll be logged out but then shown the browser default 403 message, which will confuse most users. Instead, show them a helpful message explaining that they have been logged out (but will appear to seamlessly log back in next time they visit, unless they log out from Google too.
