What does this change?
I noticed that our media download container builds are failing at the moment. Bumping to the latest bgutil-pot-provider seems to fix it. The latest version no longer uses yarn so I've switched to npm/npx. This is the project https://github.com/Brainicism/bgutil-ytdlp-pot-provider
How has this change been tested?
