This MR removes the Operational Analysis level from the model, previously representing the System Analysis level.
Instead, it adds the 3 core levels:

  • System Analysis
  • Logical Architecture
  • Physical Architecture

which have been appropriately populated to represent the elaboration of the scenario described in #4 towards the Mode Change Capability.

No work has been done at the EPBS level as part of this MR.

add diagrams for OBC -Relayed and -Bypassing Mode Change:
- [OCB] System Capabilities
	- "Commanded Mode Change" is for this scenario
	- "Autonomous Mode Change" is placeholder for #8
- [OABD] Root Operational Activity Breakdown
- [OAB] Operational Architecture
- [OES] Commanded, OBC-Relayed Mode Change Scenario
- [OES] Commanded, OBC-Bypassing Mode Change Scenario

the two [OES] scenarios have the same "initiation" sequence;
- in -Relayed: the Comms timer is interrupted by the OBC response
- in -Bypassing: Comms times out due to no OBC response

resolve #4 #5
remove Operational Analysis level and all its diagrams; transition
relevant (cross-boundary) diagrams to System Analysis level:

- [CSA] System Actors (with subset of entities from 9c4b31c)
- [MCB] System Capabilities (with sub-capabilities from fdf9ae2)
- [SFBD] Root System Function Breakdown
- [SAB] System Architecture
- [ES] Commanded Mode Change Scenario (generalising the 2 scenarios from
fdf9ae2)

fix #4
add Logical Analysis diagrams for OBC- Relayed and Bypassed Mode Change:
- [LFBD] Root Logical Function Breakdown
- [LAB] Root Logical Architecture
- [ES] Commanded, OBC-Relayed Mode Change Scenario
- [ES] Commanded, OBC-Bypassing Mode Change Scenario
- [LAB] Logical Architecture View of Commanded Mode Change (highlighting
functional chains for both scenarios previously generalised in d8c4e4a)

resolve #17 #18
add Physical Analysis diagrams for OBC- Relayed and Bypassed Mode
Change:
- [PFBD] Root Physical Function Breakdown
- [PCBD] Root Physical Component Breakdown
- [PAB] Root Physical Architecture
- [ES] Commanded, OBC-Relayed Mode Change Scenario
- [ES] Commanded, OBC-Bypassing Mode Change Scenario
- [PAB] Physical Architecture View of Commanded Mode Change
(highlighting functional chains for both scenarios elaborated in
3f551ff)

resolve #19 #20
