修改：

使用 fvm 管理 Flutter 版本
首页滚动使用 NestedScrollView 实现
- 修复 NestedScrollView + TabBarView + AutomaticKeepAlive 结合使用的时候所有页面同步滚动的问题

问题

设置里的收起顶栏是否还需要保留
收起底栏设置不起作用（main 分支也存在）
登录后启动时报错 LateInitializationError: Field 'imgQuality' has not been initialized. （main 分支也存在）
登录时报错 "MediaController" not found. You need to call "Get.put(MediaController())" or "Get.lazyPut(()=>MediaController())" (main 分支也存在）
