I set up the Unix symlinks in my WSL, and I tested by serving the docs locally. It seemed to work. |

This and #22 aren't holding anything up right now, there just isn't an obvious documentation of the change. But it would still be nice to get these merged and released so that people know to upgrade (and any compat changes make people who depend on UnitfulLatexify realize what is going on). |

I edited some machine-generated files by hand, so no guarantees this worked like I tried, but if I did it right this puts a copy of the 1.7 docs into the GitHub pages setup, to go along with some edits to doc build in #22.
