The LWMA difficulty adjustment algorithm has a problem of periodic oscillation, causing the difficulty to drop to very low levels about every 50 blocks, resulting in blocks being mined in a few seconds, or the difficulty increasing so that it takes about an hour to mine a single block, making the network almost unusable. The difficulty adjustment algorithm has now been changed to ASERT mode at block height 738654.
The ASERT mode is better than the LWMA algorithm at resisting hash rate speculation and periodic difficulty oscillations. Update the full nodes to enable this new algorithm.
This version also optimizes the connection stability of poworker, so Poworker and Diaworker also need to be updated simultaneously.
