Add dedicated feature pages under /fiscal-sponsorship

Extracted each feature from the Features component into standalone pages to improve discoverability and provide detailed information about HCB capabilities.

Pages Created

Nine new routes under /fiscal-sponsorship/:

• grants - Foundation grant access with 501(c)(3) status
• cards - Physical & virtual debit card issuance
• global - International operations with US entity
• payments - Money transfer & reimbursement methods
• transparency - Team/public financial visibility options
• taxes - Automated tax filing including Form 990
• payroll - Built-in team payment & payroll
• donations - Embeddable donation forms
• support - 24-hour weekday support with dedicated contact

Implementation

Each page includes:

• Unique color gradient and layout (grid/two-column/single-column)
• Expanded feature benefits with icons, cards, and stats
• Consistent Nav/Footer, Meta tags, light theme
• CTA button to /fiscal-sponsorship/apply
