• Fixes Dev: Update the new account creation workflow #3245

What changes did you make?

• Updated the sign up flow to include focus state. This way rules are visible while focusing the input.
• Created a new component to display the name rules.
• Update password input to allow visibility of password string on button click.

To test

• Successfully create a new account and then logout and log back in under that account.

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• These changes were made to align with the new sign in design
