DR Research: Determining who to recruit for usability testing

Issue

• All general Usability testing Epics for UXR team

Problem Statement

Determining who to recruit for majority of the usability testing done on the TDM Calculator Research Team prior to handoff to LADOT.

Potential Solution

Dogfooding testing rather than testing with the stakeholder end users as it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on to have more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.

Feasibility Determination

Internal testing/Dogfooding is more compatible with UXR team capacity at this stage of development. Additionally, it will be beneficial to have a fresh user group to test that is naive to the terms and site they will be tested on to have more generalized results that unfamiliar parties to the site will be able to understand.
