User story

This is the current user story (workflow) that the site uses:
- User visits the site
- User is asked to login, or create an account if they do not have one yet. As part of account creation, user is asked to find and then choose (from an autocomplete fields) their state rep and senator.
- User browses actions to take, and chooses and action.
- Once the action is taken (call, email, attend event, etc.), user creates a "light" on the map referencing he action taken.
- Currently, info displayed by the light is: action, user, date. Example: CARBON PRICING: ACT by July 27 by florencegranny on 2017-07-24
