RET-anchor is the public-facing anchoring boundary of
RET (Resonant Entity Topology).
This repository exists to preserve the outer limits of legitimate reference.
It prevents overreach: the conversion of RET into governance, policy, optimization, institutional doctrine, behavioral control, or public claims of authority.
RET-anchor does not define RET-core.
It does not authorize implementation.
It does not legitimize downstream systems.
Its role is strictly external:
to preserve the boundary conditions under which RET may be referenced without collapsing into operational authority
RET-anchor is therefore a boundary membrane, not a translation layer.
RET-anchor preserves the public boundary of RET by preventing explanatory, ethical, institutional, and operational overreach.
RET-anchor exists as the outer public membrane of RET.
Its role is to ensure that public-facing references to RET remain:
- non-operational
- non-normative
- non-authoritative
- non-institutional
- non-translational toward RET-core
This repository records the limits of acceptable public reference.
It does not explain origin. It preserves boundary.
RET-anchor functions as negative authority.
It does not grant permission.
It does not provide legitimacy.
It does not instruct use.
Its authority exists only in the form of:
- preventing boundary crossing
- rejecting overreach mappings
- preserving non-commutativity with RET-core
- maintaining public/private separation
No positive operational authority emerges from this repository.
RET-anchor is:
- a public boundary membrane
- an anti-overreach surface
- a reference legitimacy limiter
- a separation layer protecting RET-core from public reinterpretation
- a continuity surface for public-facing citation boundaries
It is a membrane of exclusion, not a guide.
RET-anchor is not:
- RET-core
- an implementation specification
- an ethics engine
- a governance or policy framework
- a public doctrine
- an educational guide
- a deployment approval layer
- an authority source for downstream systems
Any such reading is non-compliant.

└ specs-family (reference only)
RET-anchor must remain outside RET-core.
The separation is:
- non-translational
- non-commutative
- non-authorizing
- non-reversible
Public interpretation must not flow inward.
The specs-family/ directory is included for structural reference only.
Its presence records the existence of downstream specification families.
It does not:
- grant legitimacy
- authorize deployment
- imply endorsement
- inherit authority from RET-anchor
- derive normative force from boundary placement
RET-anchor records only the existence of adjacency.
All operational authority remains outside this repository.
The non-negotiable invariants of this repository are defined in:
INVARIANTS.md
These invariants take precedence over explanatory convenience.
If public explanation pressures operationalization, the explanation must be reduced.
The publication and disclosure boundary of this repository is defined in:
PUBLICATION_SCOPE.md
Public release must preserve:
- non-operationality
- non-governance
- non-doctrinality
- non-authority inheritance
If publication increases overreach risk, reduce publication scope.

- In case of semantic divergence, Japanese prevails
