What this PR does / why we need it:

Implements complete Spanish localization for Halo CMS, allowing Spanish-speaking users to interact with the User Interface (console and editor) and receive backend messages (such as validation errors and exceptions) in their native language.

Implementation Plan:

• Main UI:
  • [MODIFY] es.yaml: Update existing translations and add missing keys from _missing_translations_es.yaml.
• UI Packages (Editor):
  • [NEW] es.yaml: Create a new Spanish translation file for the editor component, based on en.yaml.
• Backend:
  • [NEW] messages_es.properties: Create a new Spanish translation file for backend exception messages and validation errors, based on messages.properties.
