Website: enable TypeScript & gts format

📌 Summary

If merged, this PR would add TypeScript and Glint to the website so we can have .ts and .gts files.

The changes are grouped by commit:

• set up: add deps, add/update configs, create template registry etc.
• convert someDoc:: components to .gts to test that it still works
• add js files for all remaining template only components, this is required for the template registry
• converted the index route to typescript
