Thanks for getting this started, but we're waiting to merge #944 as well so there will be merge conflicts to address in the changelog.
We cut a go-tfe release every Tuesday, so we'll make sure the changelog is in order tomorrow (June 17). Normally our team tf-core-cloud handles releases, but since you've gotten this process started we'll build on this PR. If that's okay with you 👍 Thanks again!
