I have added unit test coverage to the ci.yml workflow and a .go-version file was also added to the repo. For more background, refer the https://hashicorp.atlassian.net/browse/IND-2336
The unit test coverage change was done to help understand the defects early in lifecycle and come up with a good solution for it. The .go-version file was added to find the security vulnerabilities in a repo.
