fix: add missing poller_group_name to Lambda ESM provisioned_poller_config

Description

Fixes an issue with the TF provider in that it does not support configuring poller group name for Lambda ESM for Kafka (MSK or self-managed) which is essential for reducing cost in low volume environments with many ESMs.
