Description

I noticed that the changelog entry for #45240 (opened by me) was created under an incorrect file name (45420.txt).
I realized this due to the missing link to the PR in the v6.24.0 release notes.

I’m not fully sure whether the existing CHANGELOG.md should be updated to correct this, or leave it as is.
