Docs: update storage_authentication_type values to required casing

Description

This pull request includes updates to the website/docs/r/function_app_flex_consumption.html.markdown file to correct the casing of certain values for storage authentication types.

Documentation updates:

• Corrected the casing of storage_authentication_type values to StorageAccountConnectionString, SystemAssignedIdentity, and UserAssignedIdentity to ensure consistency and accuracy in the documentation.
