Closes #36651

Notes

  • As per convention we are waiting until the first builds of providers are available though we anticipate these would primarily be a combination of "utility providers" and zLinux specific ones
  • Both APT and RHEL linux packages will get published automatically for s390x
    • that's in addition to our currently published 4 architectures (aarch64, armv7hl, i386 and x86_64)
  • A new Docker image will be published for s390x as per updated workflow
    • that's in addition to our currently published 4 architectures (386, amd64, arm and arm64)
  • We do not run E2E tests for this OS/arch combination for now and only ensure the the compilation was successful

Target Release

1.16.x
