This PR focuses on expanding breadth of demos for axiom for adding a new one - OTA Hotels. This project is focused on showcasing PromptQL's ability to analyze, create workflows and perform natural language conversations with dataset which is generated for an Online Travel Aggregator like platform. Currently it has data related to hotel bookings, marketing, external factors (events, weathers, festival) and users. But we are planning to expand it to cover Flights data as well coming in future.
