The attached archives contain monerod and monero-wallet-rpc executables for Linux, macOS, and Windows.
The archives are based on monero-project v0.18.3.4 with custom extensions.
For a full list of extensions, see all commits.
If you prefer, you can build the binaries yourself by cloning the release-v0.18 branch and building it like a normal Monero release.
