Adds Synth Explorer, a browser-based Compiler Explorer for RTL. Yosys and GHDL are compiled to WebAssembly and run entirely client-side, so Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL-2008 is synthesized locally and the netlist can be explored interactively.
