• Fix Either Data needs shape options or the default shape should be any shape #83

Do not merge until hdmf-schema-language 3.0.0 is released.

• Update hdmf.schema.json with the released version from https://github.com/hdmf-dev/hdmf-schema-language/blob/main/source/hdmf.schema.json. Make sure the version says 3.0.0
