Run and compile all examples with different compilers

gcc4.3, gcc4.4, gcc4.5, gcc4.6, gcc4.7
icc
msvc7, msvc8, msvc9, ...?
clang
with c++11, c++0x

Thrust examples with

nvcc different versions
under windows
different runtime libraries
