Add Multi Buy documentation and fix error class handling#332

Add docs/multi-buy.md covering how Multi Buy works, modes of operation,
unavailability behavior, and how to run a custom service.
Fix catch clauses in request_default/3 and request_custom/4 to catch
all error classes (error:{case_clause,timeout} from grpcbox) instead
of only throws.
