`hx --health my-languages` has same output than `hx --health languages`, but shows only languages corresponding to the 'use-grammars' config.

This adds a
my-languagescategory tohx --health.hx --health my-languageshas same output thanhx --health languages, but only shows languages corresponding to the use-grammars option in the user's languages.toml.
