roslyn-language-serveris the language server from the vscode csharp extension, that they now publish as a standalone package.I have been using this for almost 2 year, in a hacky wrapper. This new version brings official support.
Omnisharp should be considered deprecated, and we should consider to remove it from the default configuration.
